Project Accountant | Richardson, TX A national general contracting and Lean Construction firm specializing in healthcare, commercial, and educational projects is seeking a Project Accountant to join its team. Core values alignment is the top priority for this hiring team.

What You'll Do:

Manage day to day accounting transactions for assigned projects Process and reconcile invoices, billings, and project related costs Handle AP/AR invoicing, billing, G702/G703 pay applications, and lien waivers Monitor project budgets, costs, commitments, and billings Prepare monthly cost reports and financial documentation Support subcontractor and billing compliance Serve as a point of contact for trade partners, vendors, and clients on billing and payment matters Utilize Sage 300 (transitioning to CMiC),

Procore, TimberScan, and Textura What We're Looking For:

6+ years of construction accounting experience, including 2+ years in project accounting No degree required Advanced Excel skills Strong communication and organizational skills Genuine alignment with a values driven culture

Compensation and Benefits:
