  • We are looking for an experienced Sr.

Tax Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax accounting and a keen eye for detail. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of tax laws and regulations, and the ability to effectively communicate complex tax information to a variety of stakeholders Responsibilities include a wide range of tax reporting and tax analysis functions related to the company's various business activities and those of its affiliated entities Responsibilities to include preparing federal and state tax preparation for Corporations, S

  • Corporations, LLCs, partnerships, foundations, and trusts Specific job duties include maintaining tax records/books, preparation of multiyear tax projections and financial analysis, and preparation of estimate tax payment calculations Assist in special projects including due diligence and M&A transactions, including information gathering and summarizing the tax impact of legal document steps Assisting with research and planning to determine the tax impact of current and proposed activities and transactions Implementing strategies to minimize tax liability in accordance with current law or proposed tax legislation Work with the accounting department on book and tax transactions and concepts Coordinate with the legal and accounting departments regarding the organization and dissolution of entities Monitor the status of tax return compliance to ensure deadlines are met Filing annual informational returns and ensuring applicable fees are paid Update and maintain the tax compliance calendar Qualification and Experience include: 3+ years of relevant experience in tax accounting CPA certification preferred Self-starter with high attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Advanced Excel skills Strong written and verbal communication A bit about us:•A leading healthcare company consistently ranked as one of the "Best Places to Work" Why join us?
