Role:

Midas•Legacy Golden Touch in Richmond, TX is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team! This is a great opportunity to bring your financial expertise to a trusted name in the automotive service industry. Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and bookkeeping entries Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Reconcile bank statements and monthly financial reports Prepare and manage payroll processing for staff Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking Generate financial statements and reports for management review Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax preparation

Requirements:

Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms Strong understanding of general ledger, AR/AP, and bank reconciliation High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus
