• Revenue San Antonio based oilfield services company is in high growth mode and looking at add a Senior Accountant to the team!

Responsibilities Own the monthly revenue accounting close: revenue cutoff, accrued / unbilled revenue for work performed but not yet invoiced, and reconciliation of revenue to field ticket data. Prepare revenue reporting and work with the Controller on variances to forecast. Work with operations and sales to forecast monthly revenue by job and customer. Prepare audit support for revenue and accounts receivable: confirmations, cutoff testing, and unbilled revenue roll-forwards.

Own the AR aging:

weekly review, collections follow-up with customer AP departments.

Maintain customer master data:

billing contacts, payment terms, PO requirements, portal setup, and tax status.

Own the invoicingprocess:

track daily activity, coding, pricing, and generate customer invoices. Submit invoices through customer e-invoicing portals and track each invoice through customer approval to payment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3-6 years of accounting experience Oilfield services experience is a plus Solid understanding of GAAP, Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets; SAP or similar ERP experience preferred. Hands-on and detail-oriented; Comfortable with automation and AI-enabled tools and motivated to improve a process rather than live with it. Curious person with great energy
