Our manufacturing process is one of a kind Our benefits are competitive: Medical, compensation, etc. Short term disability (paid 100%) Permissive Time Off (Unlimited) Work-life balance Intermittent Re-mote work is available Summary/Objective The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for fixed asset accounting, consolidating financial reporting for Company Partners, performing financial statement analysis, supporting period-end close activities, support internal and external audits, including the annual financial audit, and completing other duties and projects as business needs require. Essential Functions Support internal and external audits, including the annual financial audit. Assists in the annual financial audit and preparation of tax return work papers and filings. Consolidate financial reporting for Partners by compiling and entering financial data to meet reporting requirements, including submissions through Safran's BFC reporting application. Manage the Company's fixed assets, including tracking assets under construction, depreciation, and capitalization. Prepares journal entries and monthly account reconciliations to support general ledger balances. Assists Controller with updating policies and procedures as needed to keep us in compliance with internal control guidelines. Assists with forecasting and budgeting process Competencies Strong attention to detail Technical accounting expertise, including GAAP/IFRS and tax/regulatory knowledge Analytical thinking and sound judgment Strong organizational skills High ethical standards Thoroughness Time Management Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, Five or more years of progressive accounting or finance experience. Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, account analysis, audit documentation, and period-end close processes. Experience with fixed asset accounting, including construction in progress, capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals, and related account reconciliations. Practical experience supporting tax, statutory, or regulatory compliance activities, including workpapers, deadlines, filings, and coordination with internal stakeholders or external advisors. Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and an interest in developing or expanding knowledge of IFRS and parent-company reporting requirements. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research requirements, identify issues, and follow through to resolution. Ability and willingness to work primarily on-site in support of our manufacturing operation.

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
