What You'll Be Doing Managing the day-to-day financial operations across a company with multiple moving parts: residential service, new construction, custom home installs, and our Crown Club membership program Keeping the books sharp, accurate, and on time Partnering with leadership to make sense of the numbers behind the business Bringing a detail-obsessed eye to everything you touch — because in this business, the details are where the profit lives What We're Looking For Someone detail-oriented to a fault. If you double-check your double-checks, we like you already. Trades or field-services accounting experience preferred. You know this industry moves differently than a typical office job, and you speak the language of job costing, service calls, and construction draws. A team-first attitude.
