We operate Subway franchise locations across Dallas with plans to expand into additional brands. We're looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Stafford office and grow with us. You'll work across multiple entities in QuickBooks Desktop, manage vendor relationships, coordinate with our CPA firms, and help build the financial reporting processes that drive real business decisions. This role offers a clear growth path as our portfolio expands — the person in this seat will grow with us. What you'll do:

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations across multiple QuickBooks Desktop company files
• Process payroll and coordinate with ADP
• Prepare monthly financial packages and support month-end close for multiple entities
• Reconcile intercompany balances and credit card accounts across 20+ bank accounts
• Communicate with vendors — evaluate bills, follow up on invoices, resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with external CPAs on tax preparation, sales tax filings, and audit requests What we're looking for:
• 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (AP, AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries)
• QuickBooks Desktop experience
• Comfortable in Excel
• Someone who pays attention to details and follows through
• Reliable, consistent, and honest. Nice to have (not required):
• Restaurant, franchise, or multi-unit retail experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience with ADP payroll
• Experience working with multiple entities or company files

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
