This role supports management by preparing cost analyses, maintaining cost accounting systems, evaluating inventory, and providing financial insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Responsabilities Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, processes, and procedures. Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular cost reports for management. Monitor inventory transactions and ensure accurate inventory valuation. Calculate and maintain standard costs for products and services. Perform variance analysis on labor, material, and overhead costs. Reconcile inventory accounts and investigate discrepancies. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare cost forecasts, budgets, and financial projections. Evaluate production processes and recommend cost-saving initiatives. Support pricing decisions through product cost analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls. Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to improve cost efficiency. Generate management reports and performance metrics related to costs and profitability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, or financial analysis. Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory accounting. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish).Benefits:
