This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission by maintaining equipment reliability and supporting our production goals. Responsibilities Will be responsible for supporting the predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of all facility equipment and infrastructure. First and foremost, it will be the safety of our people and maintaining a clean working environment (5S). Daily support to Manufacturing Operations to ensure all manufacturing equipment operates in optimal conditions: at the defined rate, with no malfunctions, and with trained operators capable of operating machines with safety, quality and efficiency. Participate in maintenance activities from material & spare parts purchase request and inventory control and ensuring all equipment is treated, operated, and maintained according to the manufacturers operating manuals and the best industry standards. Develop a TPM as well as a preventive and predictive maintenance plan program for every equipment. Monitor the daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to manage the maintenance operations with excellence. Develop a continuous improvement plan through kaizens and projects. Monitor the proper start and shutdown of the equipment every shift, this has to be done through operators properly trained and certified by you.
