We provide paid medical and dental insurance, paid vacation and holidays and matching 401k. Responsibilities Responsibilities include accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, general ledger reconciliations, and preparation of monthly journal entries. Additional responsibilities include general office duties, subcontract administration, tracking material orders, preparing sales tax reports, and assisting with other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the Owners and Controller. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to support the company's operations. Qualifications Qualifications include associate or bachelors degree in accounting. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to effectively work with co-workers, vendors, and customers. Team Player. Knowledge of Computer Ease a plus. 1 to 2 years experience preferred but not required.
