Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos [in English]. Ability to write simple correspondence [in English]. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, vendors, and other associates of the organization who only speak English.COMPUTER SKILLS.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of HT Internet software; E-mail; Inventory software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to calculate a discount % amount. Ability to perform these operations using units of American currency.REASONING ABILITY.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, TRAINING.
Complete Company's training including but not limited to: new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, customer service clerk technical skills, floor monitor technical skills.PHYSICAL DEMANDS.
