Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain financial reports for the management company and affiliated entities in accordance with U.S. accounting standards.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing schedules, organizing documentation, and responding to auditor requests.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and develop weekly projections to monitor short-term liquidity needs.
- Oversee invoice processing and payment activities to ensure the accounts payable cycle runs accurately and on time.
- Review employee reimbursement submissions each month and record approved expenses in the general ledger.
- Coordinate with international affiliate teams and prepare consolidated financial information across entities.
- Create quarterly capital account statements for general partners and administer related capital activity, including contributions and distributions.
- Assist with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance review to strengthen planning and performance analysis.
- Provide support for payroll and other finance or administrative projects as needed across the management company and its affiliates.
