Job Description
Overview Associates work directly with the stores to ensure the cash and inventory data is entered, correct and supported with the proper documentation. This associate will also work with financial accountants to reconcile general ledger accounts that are directly tied to the store activity. Responsibilities Verify and analyze data received from store level & make necessary corrections in PDI. Assist Store Managers and District Managers with questions relating to information received from store level & any corrections that may be needed. Data entry. Create and maintain excel worksheets. Assist with reconciling data files. Assist with account reconciliations. Other various job-related responsibilities as they arise. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) PDI experience, a plus Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Superb organizational skills Ability to reason Detail Oriented Ability to interact professionally at all level Dependability, a must Self-motivated Associates Degree in Accounting preferred Occasional overtime
