The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices. This role requires proficiency in financial software, including QuickBooks, as well as a solid understanding of budgeting and bank reconciliation processes. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities Conduct thorough account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Perform bank reconciliations to verify the integrity of financial data. Utilize financial software such as QuickBooks and for bookkeeping and reporting purposes. Assist in budgeting processes by providing relevant financial data and insights. Prepare detailed financial reports for management review. Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation. Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance. Skills Strong proficiency in account analysis and technical accounting principles. Experience with AP and AR is a plus. Proficient in using financial software, particularly QuickBooks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data.
