Job Description

Senior Accounting Manager We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple entities. This position will provide hands-on leadership throughout the close process while partnering with operational teams, supporting audits, strengthening internal controls, and identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies. Key Responsibilities Oversee month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Review general ledger activity, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy. Monitor cash activity, banking functions, treasury needs, and financial forecasts. Lead, mentor, and support accounting staff while improving workflows and department efficiency. Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders on compliance, reporting, and special accounting projects. Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility. Strong background in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems. Proven leadership abilities with strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Pay:

$45.00 - $48.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
