A growing professional services firm in Richland is seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join its leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned tax professional who enjoys building client relationships, providing strategic tax guidance, and contributing to the growth of a collaborative practice.

The ideal candidate is a proactive advisor with strong technical tax expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. This position offers significant leadership exposure and long-term growth potential.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic tax planning and advisory services for individuals, business owners, and high-net-worth clients.

Prepare and review complex tax returns, including individual, partnership, corporate, and fiduciary returns.

Identify tax-saving opportunities through financial analysis, entity structuring, retirement planning strategies, and overall tax optimization.

Monitor changes in federal and state tax regulations and communicate relevant impacts to clients and internal team members.

Represent clients before taxing authorities during audits, inquiries, and correspondence as needed.

Collaborate with internal and external professionals to develop comprehensive financial and tax strategies.

Mentor and support developing tax professionals within the organization.

Contribute to business development initiatives, client retention efforts, and firm leadership activities.
