This role is ideal for an accounting professional with 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience who enjoys accurate financial reporting, account reconciliation, journal entries, and supporting month-end close activities. The Staff Accountant will work closely with internal departments, help maintain strong financial controls, and contribute to process improvements that support efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Maintain general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries, and support accurate financial recordkeeping. Perform monthly bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and research account discrepancies. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including schedules, reports, and supporting documentation. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice review, payments, cash receipts, deposits, and account coding. Track prepaid expenses, accruals, fixed assets, depreciation, and other recurring accounting schedules. Assist with financial reporting, audit documentation requests, variance analysis, and accounting process improvements.

Compensation and Benefits Salary range:

$70,000 to $85,000 per year.
