This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced accounting professional eager to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. A bachelor's in accounting or finance is required without exception. In addition, candidates must have intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's, Formulas, etc.) and at least a 2-3 years of strong GL accounting experience .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily cash management, including monitoring bank balances and preparing cash position reports. Perform timely and accurate cash application of customer payments, including ACH, wire transfers, credit cards, and checks. Reconcile incoming payments with invoices and research discrepancies to ensure accurate application. Coordinate with banks and internal departments to resolve payment-related issues. Manage lockbox transactions and ensure timely processing of remittances. Process refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments as needed. Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, including bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting. Support treasury functions such as liquidity management, fund transfers, and banking relationships. Maintain accurate records of cash receipts and deposits in compliance with company policies. Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations related to treasury and cash applications. Collaborate with AR and finance teams to improve processes and efficiency in cash application.REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of experience in accounting, treasury, or cash applications. Strong understanding of cash management, bank reconciliations, and accounts receivable processes . Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and banking portals is a plus. Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling preferred). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Job Type:
