This position also assures vendor compliance in order to manage project risk. This role is assigned to a large construction project, working closely with the Project Manager to assure timely and accurate accounting and risk management throughout the project life cycle. Position Details Compiles, prepares and analyzes monthly project billings per contract requirements. Performs financial analysis and reconciliation of project costs versus project budget. Processes project accounts payable and subcontracts payable. Manages vendor compliance, insurance, lien waivers, retention and W-9s Produces and analyzes job performance and profitability through jobs cost tracking reports. Assists in preparation of status reports and maintains accurate project statuses and budget information in COINs. Identifies and resolves basic and more complex project-related accounting issues and resolves in a timely manner. Pay:
Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Washington, this ranges from $39.00
  • 41.
00 hourly plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
