ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prepare and record journal entries Analyze general ledger accounts as necessary Prepare and review monthly financials Reconcile all bank statements and financial accounts Prepare all necessary documentation for the yearly audit Prepare documentation for cost reports and annual 990 filings Maintain fixed assets and associated depreciation Assist with Accounts Payable Assist with cash deposits
OTHER:
Maintain confidentiality of information and records Communicates verbally and/or in writing to employees and outside business agencies/contacts Projects a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, co-workers and external customers Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred, but not required
