Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review vendor records thoroughly and enter information into designated systems with a strong focus on precision
- Examine submitted vendor details for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, and follow up on discrepancies when needed
- Conduct routine quality checks to confirm data integrity and correct errors before records are finalized
- Transfer vendor information between systems or workflows while preserving accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in drafting and refining standard operating procedures to support repeatable and well-documented processes
- Organize and maintain large volumes of vendor and financial data in a structured and efficient manner
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve record issues and ensure vendor information meets operational requirements Requirements
- Experience in accounting, vendor master data, or a related financial operations role
- Working knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger processes
- Ability to prepare or support journal entries and perform bank reconciliations as needed
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume data accurately
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency using spreadsheets and financial or enterprise systems to review and maintain records
