Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Lead and support the month-end close process including journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger analysis, and preparation of financial statements/reports Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and board-level financial reporting preparation Analyze financial data to identify trends, recognize problems, and recommend improvements Monitor capital projects in ERP, verify proper account coding, and maintain fixed assets Support audit preparation, sales tax filings, fixed asset accounting, and other compliance-related accounting activities Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelors in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting experience Experience in hospitality or non-profit is a plus
