$75,000 - $90,000 + Potential BonusFounded in the 1940s, we are a 900+ employee manufacturer with multiple facilities across Wisconsin, employing about 250 people at our Mosinee location. We specialize in aluminum extrusion, fabrication, finishing, and plastics, serving industries such as construction, automotive, consumer goods, and industrial manufacturing. Our Mosinee facility focuses on fabrication, finishing, and production support for precision aluminum and plastic components. As a Cost Accountant, you will play a key role in analyzing production costs, collaborating with operations, and driving financial efficiency across our teams.

What You Will Be DoingPrepare and analyze weekly and monthly KPIs to support operational and financial decision-makingConduct detailed production data analysis to identify cost drivers, variances, and improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with engineering and estimating teams to refine cost estimates and production standardsPerform manufacturing floor reviews to evaluate labor efficiencies, material rework, and scrapPartner with department managers and senior leadership to review financial performance and optimize profitabilityWhat You Need for This PositionBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of three years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong analytical skills with attention to detail in evaluating labor, material, and overhead costsProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or ERP systems is a plusAbility to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with leadershipWhat's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!
