Visible role to leadership and ownership Great growth opportunity; both horizontal and vertical growth About Our Client Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join its finance team. This role supports financial operations through a combination of transaction processing, account analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The position is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working across multiple areas of finance while developing expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and operational accounting. Job Description Support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Process customer billings and ensure accurate application of incoming payments Review outstanding customer balances and collaborate with internal stakeholders on resolution efforts Assist with monthly close activities, including journal entries and supporting schedules Analyze financial data and provide reporting that supports management decision-making Participate in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities Maintain documentation supporting key accounting transactions and controls Assist with audit requests and compliance-related initiatives Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency Partner with operations, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure financial accuracy MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
