- Project Accountant gpac, a 30+ years recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established Mechanical Contractor company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform job costing analysis to track project profitability
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial reporting
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate project invoicing and billing
- Assist in monthly closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Conduct analysis on financial data and support decision-making processes
Essential Job Functions:
- Utilize your exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Multitask like a pro to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Show off your advanced MS Excel skills to analyze financial data
- Demonstrate proficiency in Viewpoint ERP software (preferred)
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of two years of accounting, job costing, and project controls experience
- Experience in the construction industry (preferred)
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced MS Excel skills Since the early 1900's, they have been leading the industry with their engineering, construction, fabrication, mechanical solutions, and service.
