Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Specialist to join our Finance Department. This position provides administrative and operational support for a variety of accounting and financial functions and serves as an important resource to both internal team members and external contacts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with detailed information, and is committed to accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively while supporting key financial processes and helping ensure the efficient operation of the Finance Department. What You'll Do In this role, you will assist with a variety of accounting, administrative, reporting, and recordkeeping functions. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial and vendor information, supporting departmental processes, responding to inquiries, preparing reports, assisting with compliance-related activities, and contributing to special projects as needed. You will work closely with members of the Finance Department and other stakeholders to help maintain efficient workflows, support operational needs, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. What We're Looking For Previous experience in an accounting, administrative, finance, bookkeeping, or office support role preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
