Job Description
A well-established and growing organization is seeking an experienced Small Business Controller to join its leadership support team. This unique role combines executive support, accounting oversight, operational coordination, and team leadership into one highly visible position.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing accounting functions, supporting executive leadership, overseeing administrative processes, and helping drive day-to-day business operations. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple areas of the organization. This opportunity offers a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, significant long-term growth potential, and direct exposure to the ownership team, allowing for meaningful impact and career development.

Perform account reconciliations and monitor cash activity.
Assist with cash flow management and reporting.
Process payroll and payroll-related activities.
Manage customer invoicing, collections, and billing processes.
Support month-end accounting activities and financial record maintenance.
Coordinate with external accounting resources as needed.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial reporting and tax requirements. Team & Operational LeadershipProvide oversight and guidance to an administrative/customer support team.
Help improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiencies.
Assist with vendor management and procurement activities.
