- Collects property taxes-current and delinquent.
- Meets the public and receives phone calls.
- Service to the general public.
- Bookkeeping.
- Data entry.
- Clerical support.
- Prepare deposits.
- Disbursements of Funds.
- Account Reconciliation.
- Counter work / Cashier.
- Works with other departments on receipting funds.
- Processes and tracks Mortgage company Payments.
- Manages and tracks bond payments and interest.
- Responsible for office records management.
- Journal entries
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
