Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process client billing and invoicing in a timely and accurate manner Assist with general accounting duties, including data entry, account reconciliation, and file maintenance Active ownership of accounts receivable functions, including following up on outstanding payments Provide administrative support to the accounting, sales, production, and operations teams Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping reviews as needed Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records Prepare reports and spreadsheets for internal tracking and analysis Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members Support with general office tasks and assist other departments as needed Perform other administrative and financial support tasks as assignedQualifications:
Must have some knowledge of basic accounting principles 2+ years of experience in accounting or administrative support preferred Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Hourly rate: $24.00- 26.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 7:30 am
- 4:00 pm or 8:00 am
- 4:3 pm Physical demands: This position is primarily sedentary and performed in a professional office environment.
