At our hotel, it all starts with you - our team of passionate professionals who create a seamless and memorable guest experience from the very first "hello." We are looking for a Part-Time Accounting Coordinator, where you'll support the financial and administrative operations of the hotel and restaurant, helping ensure accurate reporting, organized records, and smooth day-to-day processes. What You'll Do Enter and reconcile daily sales, ensuring accuracy across systems and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner Assist with accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and data entry Support month-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and inventory tracking Audit POS and PMS charge codes to ensure accuracy and proper setup Conduct periodic bank audits and assist with deposits as needed Maintain organized financial and administrative records, both digital and physical Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management Support leadership with reporting, analysis, and special projects Serve as a resource for internal teams on administrative and basic accounting inquiries What We're Looking for 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience (hospitality experience a plus) Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with POS, PMS, or accounting systems (e.g., StayNTouch, Toast, GP, or similar) preferred Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Self-starter who can manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Why You'll Love It Here Competitive wage - $21.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience) Paid vacation and separate paid sick time Access to a free employee assistance program (EAP) Participation in Calsavers Retirement Savings Program Employee discounts and perks across all Eat.
