Approximately $70,000•75,000/year, depending on experience
Working Hours:
Monday•Friday, 9:00 AM•5:30 PM A Japanese manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative / Accounting Support Specialist to support a wide range of sales administration, general affairs, and back-office operations. This is a newly created position designed to strengthen the company's administrative structure and support smooth day-to-day operations in the U.S. office. Responsibilities Provide administrative support for the sales team, including preparing quotations, entering order information, and managing related documents Organize, maintain, and process various internal and external documents Support general office administration, including communication with vendors, building management, and other external parties Handle phone calls, email correspondence, and visitor support as needed Assist with invoice management and basic accounting-related administrative tasks Collect and organize accounting-related information for internal reporting purposes Support administrative coordination between the U.S. office and the parent company in Japan Assist with HR-related administrative tasks as needed Perform other general office and back-office duties as assigned Qualifications Japanese language skills required, including reading and writing Business-level English communication skills Administrative, sales support, general affairs, or back-office experience preferred Basic accounting knowledge or experience with invoice/accounting-related paperwork is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documents accurately Ability to manage multiple tasks and support a wide range of office functions Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday Prior experience working in a Japanese company or multicultural office environment is a plus Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company matching, subject to eligibility Paid vacation Sick leave Annual bonus based on company and individual performance Commuting-related gasoline allowance based on distance Wellness / physical activity support program
