Examples of work performed:

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities for all assigned entities, including the closing of the Company's books each month and developing the company's financial reporting and accounting policies, controls, and procedures. Lead annual budget process and assist with periodic reforecasting, including coordination with department heads, senior management and related entities. Manage all consolidated reporting and intercompany activity. Effectively communicate findings and corrective actions with staff and management. Assist with annual tax data gathering for outside tax preparers. Manage intercompany and external billing process and coordinate with all related entities. Coordinate with Shared Services team members to ensure accurate financial information and processes. Supervise, train and develop team. Additional ad hoc projects, as assigned. Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

Typical Office Conditions Qualifications Minimum 8-12 years' experience in corporate accounting with 3+ years managing direct reports. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA, working towards CPA certification and/or MBA preferred. Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Experience with Great Plains preferred. Excels in a time-sensitive, deadline driven environment with the ability to prioritize and keep a positive attitude. High detail orientation and problem-solving skills required. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate successfully with people at many levels within the company. Microsoft Office Experience with strength in Excel. Compensation Base Salary Range $120,000
