Accounting Supervisor White Lodging Services Corporation - 3.6 Westminster, CO Job Details Full-time $21.83 - $23.83 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Description Position Summary Responsibilities Process accounts payable invoices and assist with payment tracking. Support accounts receivable activities, including group billing and invoice follow-up. Prepare and reconcile daily bank deposits. Maintain hotel checkbooks and monitor check activity. Assist with guest ledger and city ledger review and collection efforts. Support credit card dispute and chargeback responses. Assist with month-end accounting tasks and reconciliations. Review financial reports for accuracy and escalate discrepancies as needed. Maintain organized accounting files and records. Reconcile and file tax exempt paperwork and verify for accuracy. Partner with department leaders to gather information and resolve billing or payment questions. Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Previous accounting, bookkeeping, administrative, front desk, or night audit experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes. Development path into Accounting Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Finance, or other hotel leadership positions. Hospitality experience is valued, but no prior accounting experience is required for candidates with strong organizational skills and a desire to learn.

Prior hotel or accounting experience is beneficial but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
