Job Summary Tower Generator is seeking a Systems / Accounting Administrator to play an important role in assisting the Systems Installation coordinator and the Accounting team with daily duties. We are looking for a highly detailed and experienced professional with a strong understanding of balancing customer needs and deadlines. Job Requirements Excellent telephone manners Professional customer communications Scheduling software capabilities are a plus Microsoft office suite experience is required Applying for permits Call before you dig Ordering office supplies (stocking inventory items) Post office runs Bank runs Critical thinking and problem solving Job ​

Qualifications:

Organized Highly motivated self‐starter, hands‐on, team player that displays deadline urgency Excellent planning, problem‐solving, and communication skills Thrives in entrepreneurial environment and able to perform in multiple capacities Strong organizational skills; highly accurate and detailed while skilled at prioritizing capabilities Experience with Service Fusion and other scheduling reporting tools, software, and databases a plus.
