Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and self-starting Audit & Accounting Supervisor to join our team-based Audit & Accounting department. In this role, you will work closely with clients and management to perform audits and reviews for all business entity types, including federal and state audits. You will also conduct accounting research and assist with individual and business tax preparation as needed.

Key Responsibilities Audit & Review Engagements:

Lead and perform financial audits and reviews across diverse business entity types, including federal and state compliance audits.

Tax Preparation & Support:

Assist with tax preparation for individual and corporate/business clients as needed.

Research & Technical Guidance:

Conduct research on complex accounting and audit matters to support client engagements.

Client & Management Collaboration:

Serve as a direct liaison between clients and firm leadership in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university.

Certification:

Active CPA permit to practice.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of audit and accounting experience within a public accounting CPA firm.

Core Competencies:

Ability to work independently, strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and exceptional written communication.

Software Skills:

Proficiency with industry software, including CCH ProSystem fx Engagement, CCH Axcess Suite, Thomson Reuters Checkpoint, Microsoft Office, and/or QuickBooks.
