We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Support / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sunrise, FL. This position provides administrative and accounting support to the accounting team and includes hands-on assistance with homeowner accounting, document management, and general office administration. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable handling financial documentation and confidential information in a fast-paced office environment. Next Generation Management & Accounting Services Position Details Position:
Accounting Support /
Administrative Assistant Location:
Sunrise, FL Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay Rate:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 60 days 40 hours of sick PTO after the 90-day probation period 40 hours of vacation PTO after one year 7 paid federal holidays Responsibilities Assist with maintaining and reviewing homeowner ledgers Scan and organize correspondence and financial documents Print and prepare checks as directed by the accounting team Scan and properly document homeowner payments Assist with the preparation and processing of attorney disbursement letters Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed Support accounting and management teams with special projects and daily tasks Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic understanding of accounting or financial processes preferred Proficiency with scanning, document management, and office equipment Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred Previous administrative or accounting support experience preferred
