You bring a high-energy, outgoing personality paired with a servant's heart to drive operational excellence, deliver zero-error financial precision, and serve our agents with warmth and accuracy. Core Ownership Areas 1.
Financial & Transactional Operations Bookkeeping & Deposits:
Process DAs and bank deposits daily with 100% accuracy.
AP/AR:
Manage all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Commissions:
Expertly manage agent billing, commission splits, and cap tracking.
Month-End:
Partner with the MCA on account reconciliations and pre-transmittal deadlines. 2.
Reporting & Compliance Metrics:
Generate weekly production reports (Closings, Listings, Profit) and the Friday Flash Report.
Compliance:
Audit files for legal and financial requirements before releasing funds. 3.
Agent & Vendor Services Agent Support:
Serve as the friendly, go-to contact for agent billing inquiries, supporting their business with a service-first mindset.
Vendor Program:
Partner with our events committee to manage the Market Center Vendor Program.
Tracking:
Maintain systems to recognize and celebrate agent milestones.
Requirements Proficiency Test:
Must pass an accounting proficiency assessment.
In-Office:
100% in-office position with weekly travel between Largo and Tampa.
Tech Skills:
Strong Excel, accounting software, and real estate system skills preferred but not required.
Success Metrics Speed:
DAs processed in under 48 hours.
Precision:
Zero-error rate on deposits and checks.
Reliability:
