Description:
About the Role Georgia Western is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Part-Time Administrative & Accounting Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support across accounting, order fulfillment, and general office administration, ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Type:
Part-Time (approx. [Number, e.g., 15-20] hours per week)
Schedule:
[e.g., Monday - Friday, flexible morning/afternoon schedule] Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Receivable Support Print, enter, and organize vendor invoices accurately in our system. Reach out to vendors via phone or email to obtain ACH payment information. Assist with new customer onboarding and send reference check requests via email. Conduct professional email follow-ups with customers regarding past-due invoices. Job Processing & Operations Pull part-sale job files upon shipment arrival to ensure orders are ready for prompt dispatch. Review completed job files to confirm invoice payment status. Assist in updating and maintaining the job margin spreadsheet in Excel. Document Management & General Office Support Maintain clean, organized physical and electronic records for job files, vendor packing slips, and invoices. Scan, sort, and archive daily paperwork and operational records. Assist team members with additional clerical and administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in business or accounting is a plus). Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or entry-level accounting/bookkeeping role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
Compensation & Perks Hourly Pay:
