Honolulu, HI Job Details Full-time $65,000 - $80,000 a year 13 hours ago Qualifications QuickBooks Microsoft Dynamics Full Job Description This position will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting coordination, job costing support, payroll administration, accounts payable and receivable processes, project setup, billing support, and operational administration. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, project managers, field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and our outsourced accounting partners. We are currently transitioning from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics and are specifically seeking candidates with hands-on experience in both platforms. Experience supporting accounting system migrations, project accounting, and operational process improvements is highly preferred. What We Are Looking For Strong QuickBooks experience required. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central preferred) strongly preferred. Construction accounting or project-based accounting experience preferred. Experience supporting AP/AR, billing, reconciliations, and job costing. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Include Supporting AP, AR, billing, and reconciliation processes. Assisting with project setup, job costing, and contract tracking. Coordinating payroll and employee onboarding documentation. Supporting month-end and year-end close activities. Maintaining organized accounting and project records. Assisting with accounting system transition and process improvement initiatives. Supporting operational coordination between departments and external partners.
