Seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 10-12 professionals, manage workflow and priorities, support month-end activities, and drive process improvements in a high-volume accounting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-12 accounting professionals. Assign and review work, manage priorities, and monitor performance. Support weekly operational goals and month-end close activities. Serve as SME/escalation point for accounting and operational issues. Collaborate with internal, external, and global teams. Identify process issues and implement improvements. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Must Have:
5+ years of accounting or finance experience. Prior supervisory/people leadership experience. Accounting operations, finance operations, or transaction-processing experience.
