REAL ALLOY
is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 17 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. We are ideally positioned to respond to the needs of an increasingly recycling-conscious world. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill. Responsibilities Real Alloy Specification in Wabash, Indiana has an opening for an Accounting Administrator to work in our commercial sales department. This role is a key support role in adminstrative functions within our metal purchasing department. This role supports the smooth operation by handling day to day tasks, coordinating and processing metal scrap reconciliation for entry into accounts payable. This role requires advanced Excel skills, familiarity with accounts payable and settlement platforms, and a problem-solving mindset focused on detail. If you possess the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment while ensuring data accuracy and are deadline-driven we want to talk to you. Qualifications High School degree required. Associates degree preferred. Minimum 4-7years experience in a customer service or accounting role, manufacturing industry experience preferred. 2 or more years of working knowledge in business and process improvement. Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, and multi-task. Must be able to influence and work with all levels of employees. Very strong mathematical and analytical skills required. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and organizational skills are essential. Detail oriented paying close attention to accuracy ensuring that the settlement process is completed correctly. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, ethical and challenge driven. Proven ability to function successfully with minimal supervision. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel. Experience with Oracle preferred.
