Morgan Hunter is partnering with a growing client who is seeking an Administrative Accounting Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, professional team and work closely with an experienced accounting professional. This position combines accounting support, reception, and general office administration . The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, personable, and comfortable balancing accounting responsibilities with front-office duties. Responsibilities Prepare and finalize invoices using the accounting system Process credit card transactions Reconcile credit card statements Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) Provide front-desk coverage, including answering phones and greeting visitors Assist with new-hire onboarding Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby, showroom, break room, and conference rooms Maintain supply in common areas and order office supplies as needed Qualifications Professional appearance and friendly, approachable demeanor Previous experience with QuickBooks, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn quickly and work effectively as part of a team Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
