Job Description
B-G Mechanical, an HVAC mechanical contractor, is looking for a Service & Accounting Administrator to be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support while also serving as a critical representative of the company. Provide back-office support for service clients for accurate and timely invoicing, accurate and timely contract renewals, and delivering timely and profitable business support. Essential Job Functions Responsible for PO entry for Service Group-check for accuracy and missing information Provide administrative support for the Service Group - Bids, Bonds, Prequals, Etc. Admin support for Service management Answer Service calls and back up phone coverage for receptionist when needed Other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma/G.E.D, and 3-5 years of experience in accounting administration or similar role Experience working in the HVAC Service industry is ideal Ability to work with others in a team environment and to perform multiple roles supporting the business. Ability to work with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook. Ability to multi-task and manage various tasks simultaneously. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and employees.
