Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our team. The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, possess excellent analytical skills, and be familiar with accounting software such as Sage.
Duties:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Conduct general ledger reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Coordinate and assist with financial audits
  • Provide guidance and support to accounting staff
  • Stay updated on technical accounting standards and changes in regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using accounting software
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
