Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Administrative Manager |
Stable Manufacturing Company Salary:
$78,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)

In this role, you'll take full responsibility for the company's accounting processes while also supporting broader operational and administrative needs. You'll work closely with ownership, help keep the business running smoothly, and play a key role in maintaining accurate financials and efficient internal processes. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations Process weekly payroll and ensure timely and accurate tax filings and payments Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and year-end close processes Prepare financial reports and provide visibility into company performance Oversee cash flow tracking and assist with basic budgeting support Handle accounts payable processes, including invoice review and payment coordination Monitor accounts receivable and support collections as needed Assist with inventory tracking and coordination with operations Provide administrative support in areas such as purchasing, vendor coordination, and internal documentation Support employee-related administrative tasks, including benefits coordination and record-keeping Partner with external CPA firm on tax preparation and year-end activities Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and organization Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience Experience in a small business or manufacturing/distribution environment strongly preferred Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting processes Comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities across accounting and administration High level of organization, attention to detail, and reliability Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with ownership The Company This organization designs, manufactures, and distributes high-quality specialty and standard products used in industrial and commercial applications across North America.
