Job Description

We are looking for an Analyst to support accounting operations and data-focused business services in Maple Grove, Minnesota. This role partners with district and site teams to interpret financial information, maintain accurate records, and strengthen reporting that supports informed decision-making. The position also provides analytical and technical support for key business initiatives while helping ensure accounting data is processed, reviewed, and retained with accuracy.
Responsibilities:
  • Review, extract, and analyze accounting information to maintain reliable financial records and support operational reporting.
  • Prepare adjustments, process transactions, and monitor data quality to help preserve the accuracy and integrity of accounting systems.
  • Coordinate and oversee business services projects related to financial platforms, electronic payment tools, and digital forms.
  • Provide day-to-day technical guidance to accounting staff and assist with troubleshooting system or data-related issues.
  • Compile financial statistics and create reports that help leadership evaluate trends, performance, and compliance needs.
  • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other core accounting activities through detailed analysis and documentation.
  • Organize and retain accounting records in accordance with departmental practices and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with business services leadership and site personnel to respond to requests, improve processes, and communicate financial information clearly.
