Full Job Description Description:
The Accounting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the company's finance and accounting operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient financial processes. This position works closely with internal teams to maintain organized financial records, support reporting, and contribute to smooth overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient with accounting systems, with a focus on accuracy, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Invoicing:
Send out invoice reminder email Follow up with PMs for AP close daily to approve invoices Final Review Moving invoices Vendor questions Internal Highmark questions/requests Closing the month in TS Follow up on invoices in 9998 account Gathering Lien Waivers at homeowner's request (TS + reaching out to vendors)

Fill out & submit
Holiday Fuel:
Completing monthly payment and entering in Sage Setting up new driver PINS Ordering Holiday Cards Keeping track of what cards are in each vehicle
Rent:
ECP Rent/Internal Buildout Rent Vehicle Rent Snow Removal CBUSA:
Quarterly reporting Working with teams on preferred vendors (national and local)
Rebates:
Train new employees on process Identity opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting support, or data entry Experience with TimberScan (AP approval software) and/or Sage 300 preferred (not required) Ability to process high volumes of transactions with a low error rate Ability to manage accounts payable across multiple entities with accuracy and consistency Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional and confident when working cross-functionally Valid driver's license Must pass a background check.
