Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to lead our finance team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial standards, and support strategic financial initiatives. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our financial data and contribute to the company's ongoing growth. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment Oversee general ledger accounting, ensuring accurate journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections Prepare and interpret financial statements, reports, and analysis to support management decision-making Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Conduct bank reconciliations, cash flow analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations regularly Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights into financial data Experience Proven accounting and finance experience within manufacturing or corporate environments Experience with financial software ; proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced spreadsheet skills Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and foster professional development Familiarity with international accounting standards, securities law, and technical accounting concepts such as debits & credits, accrual accounting, and journal entries Hands-on experience with account reconciliation, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Excellent understanding of public accounting practices and auditing procedures Join us to lead our accounting team with energy and precision!
