Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, coach, and develop accounting staff while fostering team accountability and a positive environment.

Financial Operations:

Oversee AR, AP, General Ledger, bank reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and journal entries.

Reporting & Close:

Drive the month-end close process, perform account reconciliations, and draft financial reports for management.

Process Improvement:

Identify accounting discrepancies, resolve root causes, and create or streamline internal controls and documentation.

System Optimization:

Work with integrated business tools, ERP platforms, and third-party software to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Experience:

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior leadership, supervision, or mentoring roles.

Core Accounting Knowledge:

 grasp of GL, AR, AP, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Technical Skills:
