Job Description

Accounts Receivable Specialist / Administrative Support We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys accounting responsibilities but is also comfortable wearing multiple hats and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and customer invoicing Post and apply customer payments accurately Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Assist with collections and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain accurate customer account information Prepare reports and supporting documentation Assist with account reconciliations Communicate professionally with customers regarding invoices and payments Maintain electronic and physical files and documentation Data entry and database/ERP maintenance Provide general administrative and office support Assist with phones, correspondence, scheduling and document preparation as needed Coordinate with accounting, project management and operations teams Support special projects and additional accounting/administrative responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
Previous Accounts Receivable, accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and follow-through skills Comfortable communicating with customers regarding outstanding invoices Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Experience with accounting or ERP software preferred Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines Professional communication skills Dependable, proactive and willing to take ownership of responsibilities
